The Energy Research Institute estimates that 1400 sq. km. of land, which is equal to 2 entire cities of Pune, in India would be required by 2047 for municipal waste. To unburden the country, Aspirify Energy will play a dual role by not just utilizing this MSW but also generating energy with it.
Aspirify Energy is building Maharashtra's biggest MSW processing facility in Pune by partnering appropriate technology partners from across the world. The facility will process 500 TPD to generate 4 to 5 MW of energy.
